If you have yet to party at The LIGHT Vegas, then you’re truly in for a treat during September. Not only will Labor Day Weekend start on Sept. 1, which just so happens to be on a Friday, but there are plenty of great artists heading to our venue all month long.
While every artist is bound to drop an epic performance, here are five artists you need to see in September.
We all know T-Pain as the king of Auto-Tune, but the man has some serious pipes on him (check out this video for proof), and it appears he’s about to really show off his voice on his next tour.
According to NPR, “Now, more than 10 million YouTube views later, he’s converting that career-redefining moment into his first Tiny Desk-inspired Acoustic Tour. The six-city tour, where he plans to perform his most memorable hits in intimate, acoustic settings, launches in October, with dates scheduled for San Francisco, West Hollywood, Chicago, New York, Cambridge, and Washington D.C. Smino and Felly will open in select cities.”
While Auto-Tune might have put T-Pain on the map in a monster way, his voice is too good. Either way, we love him, and we can’t wait to see him perform at The LIGHT Vegas on Friday, September 1.
The cherry on top: Labor Day Weekend will just be getting started.
Ikon + Karma
Ikon and Karma have performed at The LIGHT Vegas before, and we don’t want to necessarily throw out too many spoilers, but their DJ sets are too legit. They always get the crowd pumped, and their sets were made for big-time party weekends like Labor Day Weekend.
DJs Ikon and Karma are with SKAM Artist, which “is one of the country’s leading DJ/talent booking agencies, boasting a roster of over 80 DJ’s who specialize in spinning everything from Pop to Hip Hop, EDM, Crossover and more” (via skamartist.com).
This dynamic duo will be at The LIGHT Vegas on Wednesday, September 27. Summer will be over by the time they make their appearance, but the party will still be going strong.
Everyone knows Tyga. After all, he has unleashed hits like “Rack City,” “Molly,” “Make It Nasty,” “Faded” and so many others during his career. He also recently dropped a new album, BitchImTheShit2, on July 21, 2017, which reached No. 139 on the Billboard 200.
As an added bonus, Tyga will be at The LIGHT Vegas on Saturday, September 2, which is of course during Labor Day Weekend 2017.
Metro Boomin is one of The LIGHT Vegas’ resident artists, which means he’s dropping epic performances at our venue on a routine basis.
In the hopes of getting you properly jacked for his MULTIPLE performances in September, check out the YouTube videos for some of his best produced hits like “Tuesday,” “Jumpman,” “Bounce Back,” “Congratulations” and so many others.
Yes, Ludacris will be performing at The LIGHT Vegas, which makes Saturday, September 16 a must-circle date. Top that off with the fact that it will be an after party for the biggest fight boxing has to offer, the Gennady Golovkin vs. Canelo Alvarez match, and it’ll be one legendary night.
Ludacris has landed seven songs in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, which includes two No. 1s. He has also landed four No. 1s on the Billboard 200, and four more of his albums have cracked the top five. The man is a legend in the music world, he’s had a very successful acting career and his show at The LIGHT Vegas is going to be nothing short of amazing.
